Our policy in relation to complaints
If you, as a parent, pupil or member of the public, have any concern regarding any matter relating to Mawsley CP School, you should, in the first instance, discuss the matter informally with the member of staff most directly involved. This should be done as soon as possible after the incident concerned arises, before recollections of it fade.
We hope and expect that the majority of concerns will be resolved in this way.
However, if the matter is not resolved through discussion with the member of staff, or you do not feel comfortable doing this or that it is appropriate to raise the matter in this way, you should follow the procedure set out in our Complaints Policy, available on our website or from the school office. The Policy gives full details of how to raise a formal complaint and of the procedure we will follow in order to seek to resolve it.
