Our Arts Team oversee the teaching, learning and curriculum for Art, Design and Technology (DT) and Music. These subjects are predominantly taught during WOW week allowing time to think carefully about the artistic, design and composition process enabling the children to achieve a high quality outcome. During a WOW week the children spend their reading lessons building their knowledge of the process they will be executing or the artist, designer or musician their work will be inspired from. Vocabulary development is important in our curriculum and an overview of the vocabulary we expose each child to can be found in each subject section.
