Where children are challenged to be their personal best
VALUES AWARDS
At Mawsley Primary School we work to develop each child as an individual not only academically but also in their personal development. Excellent behaviour and attitudes are very important to us.
To help with this aspect of our work we have taken on the values of courage, determination, friendship, equality, excellence, inspiration and respect in all we do. Around the school these values are seen in each classroom and in our school hall.
Our Values Awards are very prestigious and are only awarded three times per year. Teachers are always looking out for children who are showing these fantastic values and our Values assemblies are a great place to celebrate those children who have worked especially hard. Children receive a badge in KS1 with their value on it, or a wristband in KS2.
We hope that children who have been awarded these badges and wristbands will wear them each day and continue to be good role models for others.
