Our Wraparound Care provision is based in our cosy cabin within the school grounds, providing a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for children from Reception through to Year 6.

We offer a Breakfast Club from 7:45am–8:45am and an Afterschool Club from 3:15pm–6:00pm during term time, giving families flexible childcare in a familiar setting.  Sessions can be booked through our online payment and booking system, SCOPAY. To gain access to the booking system, parents and carers will need to complete and return the Wraparound Care registration and terms and conditions forms to the school office, either by email or as a hard copy.

Our dedicated staff work within the school during the day, meaning children are cared for by trusted adults they already know and feel comfortable with. We pride ourselves on creating a true home-from-home environment, where every child feels valued, included, and supported.

At Breakfast Club and Afterschool Club, children enjoy a range of nutritious food options. We encourage independence by allowing children to serve themselves where appropriate and to explore new foods. Children also enjoy helping to prepare snacks, and regular baking activities provide opportunities to develop confidence and develop valuable life skills.

We are passionate about promoting our school values through opportunities for children to explore the outdoors, build independence, develop practical skills, and engage in creative experiences. Children have access to a wide variety of activities, including:

• LEGO construction
• Weekly Forest School sessions
• Football and outdoor games
• Pool table and Football table 
• Reading and quiet activities
• A calming area for relaxation
• Creative and seasonal activities
• Technology-based activities
• Child-led free play opportunities

Children also have access to the school playground and outdoor spaces, encouraging active play and social interaction. Our Young Leaders play an important role in supporting and encouraging others, helping to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

We celebrate children's interests, talents, and achievements, providing exciting opportunities and memorable experiences. In previous years, children attending the club have had their own illustrations published in a children's book.

Our aim is to provide a happy, enriching environment where children can relax, play, learn, and build friendships before and after the school day.
