To raise standards, across the school, in Reading, Writing and Maths to be inline and exceed national standards.
To further develop adaptive teaching strategies for children with additional needs and those who are disadvantaged in order to narrow the gap in expected progress for reading, writing and maths.
To provide children with a diverse curriculum which enhances their opportunities to study/experience a wide range of people, places and events.
To extend opportunities for personal growth, independent skills, thinking strategies and challenge strategies across the curriculum.

To reduce persistent absence to be at least in line with national %.
Further embed adaptive approaches across the curriculum.
Develop new curriculum outcomes through teaching, environment and staff approach.
To develop the CPD offer for staff to improve staff knowledge, confidence impacting positively on pupil outcomes.
To increase maths standards in EYFS.
Enhance the curriculum offer and provision for listening and attention in EYFS.
To ensure effective provision is in place, across the curriculum, in order to support children with barriers to narrow the attainment gap.
Improve the retention and application of times tables knowledge.
Improve the attainment of writing in Phase 3 (Years 3 and 4).
Improve the attainment of maths in Year 1 and Phase 3 (Years 3 and 4).
To increase rate of progress in PSED within the SEND provision.
To develop the enhanced outdoor provision, within the SEND provision, to promote the development of early ready, writing and number skills.
